  2. We Make the Call
    Our system calls at the scheduled time. Recipient need only to press "1" to confirm everything is okay, or "9" if help is needed.
  3. Stay Informed
    Get instant notifications via email, or SMS. If calls go unanswered, we escalate to your eGuardianAngels.

The DailyFamilyCall Sequence

6 Attempts. 2 Numbers. Nobody Falls Through the Cracks.

Our proven call sequence tries both primary and secondary phone numbers across three rounds, with configurable delays between each round. Only after all attempts are exhausted do we trigger emergency protocols.

Important: There will be false positives. People go on walks, forget their phones, or simply miss calls. This doesn't mean there's a problem. What it does create is a social safety net—so you can sleep better knowing that if you don't check in, someone will be notified and can check on you. It's peace of mind for everyone involved.

Proactive Check-ins

Skip the call by checking in first
Clients can text "OK" via SMS or call in and press 1 before his (her) scheduled time. The system marks him (her) as safe and no automated calls are made that day.

Emergency Detection

Instant multi-channel alerts
Press 9 or text "HELP" to trigger emergency protocols. Your eGuardianAngels are notified via verified email, SMS, and voice call.
